- For leases lasting 6 months or more: 5% of the total contract amount.

- Lands: 1% commission based on the total sale price.
Property Management:
- Management Fee: 10% of the yearly rental income.
2. User Accounts: You must create an account for certain services, responsible for all activities under it.
