Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Admin and Finance Manager to oversee the administrative and financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, finance, and basic IT to perform daily tasks using the latest technologies, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth operation of the office.
Manage and prepare rent agreements, other related documents, and invoicing as per company templates.
Handle all documentation work related to office administration, payroll, and commissions.
Accurately maintain financial activities like bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
Maintain records as required by company management.
Perform miscellaneous tasks as required for the development of the company.
Multitask across CRM and IT-related tasks and maintain office supplies.
Provide support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in administrative and financial management roles.
Proficiency in MS Office and good IT knowledge.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Multilingual: Arabic and English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
